Express24Clean Prices & Services:
Deep and regular cleaning have the same checklist. We require deep cleaning for residents that have never been cleaned by a professional cleaning service in the last 30 days. If not selected it may be added upon arrival our agent may suggest it during our visit. All prices are based on a one time cleaning session or weekly cleaning subscription. Upon request we will offer bi-weekly packages to fit your personal needs just send us an email for your personalized quote.
Standard Green Clean:
All rates are based on a total number of hours worked. If the unit takes longer than the allotted hours additional $50/hr fee will apply.
Deep Green Clean:
All rates are based on a total number of hours worked. If the unit takes longer than the allotted hours additional fees will apply.
Move-Out Clean:
*All rates based on standard size rooms and square footage. Additional fees will be applied to large homes or excessive uncleanliness.
Carpet Cleaning Price:
Basic: $99/room
Additional fees will occur for all rooms that do not qualify as standard (300-400)sf
All rates are flat, unless changed after inspection.

Basic green weekly Subscription:
(1) Subscription packages can be purchased and must be used on a weekly bi-weekly or monthly schedule. Changes to scheduling may cause rates to increase.
